1. Who is responsible for the delivery of orders placed in the online store?
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse and delivered to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the shipment to the final destination. However, in case of any inconvenience, our customer service team is available to help you manage claims or follow-ups.
2. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the location.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the destination. Once shipped, the order usually takes 3 to 7 business days. We will send you a tracking code so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
4. Can I order as a gift and send it to someone else?
Yes, you can place an order as a gift. During the checkout process, you can indicate a different delivery address.
5. What happens if my order arrives damaged or with broken bottles?
If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 48 business hours of receipt, attaching photos of the condition of the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
6. Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Our winery is located in Mendoza, Cuyo, Argentina, at latitude 34 of the southern hemisphere, where the best wines are grown and matured. At 750 meters above sea level. The climate is arid of mountain ranges and fields, whose average temperature is 19ºC; with absolute and daily thermal amplitudes, at night from 12ºC to 16ºC and during the day from 30ºC to 37ºC. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, rainfall is scarce. The soil, sandy loam, is irrigated by crystalline waters that come from the thaw and descend from the Andes Mountains.
